At PakTeez, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving them. Please review our return policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.
  3. Package Your Return: Carefully package the item(s) in the original packaging or a secure alternative to prevent damage during shipping.
  4. Ship the Return: Ship the item(s) to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
